The easiest way to begin is to assemble the pieces in any arrangement that fits inside the board.For your very first attempt, don't worry about the numbers—just try to complete the board and see which level you accidentally solved.This is a great way to get familiar with the pieces and understand how they fit together. Once you've done that, solving specific levels will become much easier.

The easiest levels to solve are those in the first inner square of the board: 8, 11, 29, and 26, along with the numbers on the same lines.These positions leave only one square of space between the empty cell and the edge of the board, which greatly limits the pieces that can fit there.With fewer possibilities, it's much easier to eliminate incorrect arrangements and find the correct one.For example, to leave 11 uncovered, you could start with the following pieces:However, that arrangement makes it impossible to cover squares 1, 2, 3, and 7 later. So after only your second move, you'll already know that the purple piece cannot be placed that way.The sooner you recognize impossible arrangements, the faster you'll find the correct solution.

As an example, let's solve Level 29, which is located on the inner square.Try placing the first two pieces around the number 29, then continue building from the bottom upward.

For the remaining pieces, pay close attention to where they definitely cannot fit.For example, one area is three squares high, while another is only two squares high. One of your remaining pieces has only two possible orientations, making it much easier to determine where it belongs.

Draw the Tetris board in a notebook, or simply write down the level numbers you've completed.Crossing off another finished level gives a satisfying sense of progress, and you'll always know what percentage of the puzzle you've already completed.You can even turn it into a challenge with your family or friends to see who can complete all 36 levels first.Good luck!
